Concentrated areas of study include: 

Anatomy and Physiology (internal/ external)

  • Asanas (yoga postures, Sun and Moon Salutations)

  • Breath-work

  • Historical yoga principles and applicable guidelines

  • Mindfulness

  • Professional development

    Space is limited. Pre-register to hold a space for the upcoming program. Participants must be in overall good physical, mental and emotional health, and committed to the end of the program. Whether your intention is to teach or further develop your personal yoga practice, you are invited to apply.

200 HR YTT Areas of Study:

  • This program requires a 200-hour yoga teacher training commitment in order to be recognized by Yoga Alliance.

  • The in-person training is held two weekends of the month
    Fri 6-9pm, Sat 12-6pm and Sun 12-6pm. (180 contact hours)*

    *With exceptions. First (Introductory) Weekend hours Fri 6-9pm, Sat 9am-6pm and Sun 12-6pm.

  • All sessions are mandatory to achieve a certificate of completion.
    Absences can be made up (at the discretion of the lead trainer) through additional assignments, workshops or private sessions and subject to additional fees.

  • Must be in overall good physical, mental and emotional health

  • Active participation in group discussions, presentations and/or community events

  • All assignments must be completed and submitted.

  • All accounts must be settled in full before certificate of completion is given.

Trainee Expectations:

The idea of the successful “Stress, Anxiety & the Breath” workshop developed as I continued to navigate life’s seasons, changes and challenges. Sharing from my personal experiences, students attending the workshop learn effective, breath-work techniques that can be applied in everyday situations and throughout life.
